BRIDGING THE DIVIDE

Where the

story begins. . .

On March 20th, 2000, a curious and bright-eyed baby entered the world at St. Luke's Hospital in Boise, ID. He was born into a city of over 200,000, would grow up surrounded by the rows of suburban houses in the southeast corner of the Treasure Valley, and study next to the local library and the wood-fired pizza shop at Riverside Elementary School. His days were filled with urban wonder - field trips to the art museum and state capitol. He never thought he'd have any reason to leave. Until, of course, he did.

. . . and where it lives on.

In 2010, that bright-eyed urban child moved to Corvallis, Montana, population 976. He found a new world filled with agriculture, snow, farmers, and mountains. He also found a place within that culture.

Communication.

Since 2010, he has embarked to change rural stereotypes and ensure that the urban world is more acquainted with their rural neighbors not so far away. By connecting through the digital mediums that fuel our world, he's attempted to bridge the divide that separates rural from urban, and culture from culture.

"Agriculture is for everyone"

The 2018 video campaign entitled "A Better Future" was aimed at broadening the appeal of agriculture across geographic and demographic borders. Using interviews and all original footage, the 2:07 made-for-social video was viewed over 4,000 times and shared by a state university.

Ink.

It's been the fabric of education and the vault of knowledge. When paired with full, purposeful color and meaningful design, it becomes essential to any brand.
