This month, the Corvallis FFA kicked off another school year, welcoming students of the largest class in CHS history into the FFA family. In addition, the Corvallis FFA also competed at the Ruby Valley Livestock competition. . .

The Ravalli County Fair was in full swing in the month of August, with many FFA Corvallis members working to prepare their animals for the competitive event held at the end of August and the start of September. . .

The 2nd Annual Corvallis FFA Jackpot was in full swing in July, held at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds on the 9th. The event is one of the primary fundraisers for the year and brings in thousands in gross proceeds. . .

June was a bittersweet month for everyone at the Corvallis FFA as we said goodbye for the first time to influential members of our chapter. President Abbey Dunn, vice president Morgan Weidow and co-secretary Danielle West were all among the graduating class of 2017. . .

Great Falls played host to over 1,000 FFA members and 90 FFA chapters at the 87th Montana State FFA Convention.Among them was the Corvallis FFA Chapter, which despite only being chartered for two years, managed to win over $3,000 in college and travel scholarships, star reporter, star in agribusiness,

star in agriscience, and the silver state chapter award. . .

During the month of December, the Corvallis FFA Chapter organized a new 5K race, entitled "Hoofin' it for Hunger," and sold Christmas Trees.

During the month of November, the Corvallis FFA Chapter voyaged to Bozeman, MT for the 2016 John Deere Ag Expo, and showed Corvallis what FFA truly is. Also in the month of November, the Christmas Tree fundraiser was launched at Cowpoke Ranch Supply.

During the month of October, the Corvallis FFA Chapter trekked halfway across the country to Indianapolis, Indiana to join over 60,000 other FFA members from across the country in their first-ever FFA National Convention. Also in the month of October, the FFA introduced a new ad campaign titled "FFA Is______"

September was an amazing month for the Corvallis FFA Chapter, ushering in a new school year with new opportunities and several competition events, including a third-place finish in the Western District Livestock Evaluation (pictured left).

August was another very busy month for the Corvallis FFA Chapter, starting with the introduction of a new, redesigned website in early August and ending with high finishes for FFA members at the Ravalli County Fair.

July was a very busy month for the Corvallis FFA Chapter, starting with our most ambitious fundraising project to date and ending with the 2016-2017 Officer Retreat at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch in Yellowstone.

Although school ended on June 10th, the Corvallis FFA Chapter didn’t seem to notice. June was a busy month for the chapter, with clean-up from Memorial Day festivities all the way to an FFA Leadership Camp and a RADA Fundraiser.

May was a time of education and exploration for the Corvallis FFA Chapter, starting with the Farm Fair on May 6th and culminating with the Bitterroot Water Tour on May 24th. The immensely successful Chapter Banquet was also held in the month of May.
